My name is Agnieszka, and I have 5 years of experience with teaching Kundalini Yoga. It’s my pleasure to see at the end of each class peaceful faces with a sparkle in the eyes and a completely refreshed energy emanuating from them. This is the biggest gift to receive! In just 90 minutes.
I have experienced myself and with my students, that by commiting to the practice Kundalini Yoga, you can elevate your life: Stress levels go down, clarity of mind up and a strong intuition to make the right choices is activated.

What can you expect?
Kundalini Yoga is creative and dynamic mix of breath, repetitive movements, asana’s, focus, meditation, mantra and directing of our senses inwards.
Kriyas combined with meditations are the structure of the practice. They work on the mental, physical, emotional or spiritual level. And often all of them combined, that’s why I would like to call Kunalini Yoga a holistic, yogic practice with healing effects possible.
Each kriya exists out of a unique combination of yogic exercises that involve all the elements mentioned earlier (breath, movement, and so on). Each kriya works on the energy-channels in our physical, mental and energetical bodies (total 11 bodies).
Kundalini Yoga is also called the highway of yoga, as it works with prana; the life-force energy that once it is activated, can bring up states of bliss, but also show you were you have unhealed trauma or wounding and help you release it. In my experience this happens in a loving and compassionate way.

Her lessons are like small ceremonies, where she opens her heart for guidance to say the right things at the right time. Her lessons can feel like small moments of healing, joy, empowerment and light, for the once that are ready and open to receive.

Practically
Her teacher carriere went different, as she developed her own unique and independent style of teaching Kundalini Yoga. While traveling through Europe in her van and teaching mostly on the beach and some yoga schools/venues in Europe since 2018, as leading retreats in Sri Lanka and Greece. Still she feels, that besides hundreds hours of teaching, thousands of hours of self-study and practice her biggest teachers are nature, life and the feminine aspect of our reality. She’s not only a ‘self-made’ healer, but also ‘a trained by life Kundalini Yoga teacher’. This makes her a bit less rigid then the more traditional lifestyle of Kundalini Yoga. Still she respects deeply the essence, teachings and especially the body.mind.energy technology of Kundalini Yoga, while giving it her own twist, as her ‘teachers’s teacher’ Siri Dharma has described her.
